In our modern manufacturing facility, we custom manufacture a wide range of spur gears including Ground, Hub and Hubless types to meet your precise specifications. We also design and manufacture a number of gear styles including gear rack and internal gears. We can design your gears from bronze, cast iron, through hardened steel or case hardened steel by nitriding, induction hardening or carburizing. We also manufacture gears from plastic and in varieties of styles, including plain solid or fabricated with a ring, plates and a hub.

Featuring High Load or Quieter Spur Gear Systems

WilsonMachine keeps pace with advances in gear technology science. We offer both14 1/2° PA and 20° PA, involute, full-depth spur gear systems. The involute tooth profile helps maintain a constant speed ratio between gears. The 20° PA system, though well known for its higher load-carrying capacity, can be loud. The14 1/2° system offers the advantage of having a smoother and quieter operation. We can also accommodate odd ball pressure angles and pitches.

Spur gears have straight teeth and the leading edges remain parallel to the line of axis of rotation.
