Precision Reverse Engineering your Open Gears

Reverse engineering analysis starts with a complete dimensional inspection using a digital inspection arm. This data is fed back into our CAD design software, and the results from our MAAG gear tooth inspection are added in. Next an analysis of the material and heat treatment is performed. Finally, all the data is verified using AGMA 218 software and detailed manufacturing drawings are prepared.

Our Gears Meet Rigorous Quality Standards

Manufacturing utilizes all of the above data in the preparation of CNC programs, which are feed DNC to the shop floor according to our finite capacity shop schedule in order to meet you delivery requirements. The Quality of your open gear is assured through our ISO 9001 program along with rigorous in process and final inspection.
